In an interview with Hello, the pop diva said:

“Drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help you push harder and get more out of your exercise routine. I try to keep my body hydrated and well-rested after every workout. That way, I’m ready to hit it hard again the next day.”

That’s not all, the Ain’t your mama crooner also makes sure her diet is made up of healthy foods. Wherever she goes, Lopez ensures there’s always veggies and fruits with her to snack on after eating. In addition, she also tries to sleep for a minimum of 8 hours every night no matter how tight her schedule is.

Lady Gaga Loves Strength Training

Lady Gaga is known worldwide for her sonorous voice, but another thing that makes the singer and actor stand out is her shape. Her trainer, Pasternak Harley, disclosed that she gets sufficient cardio during a performance, hence she pays more attention to strength training during workout.

In a chat with US weekly, Pasternak said that Gaga goes through a thirty-five-minute strength training session for a minimum of five times every week. The aim of this is to tone her entire body.

All her sessions consist of moves that do not need much equipment except weights like bicycle crunches needed for abs. She also uses dumbbell triceps extensions which work for the arms.

For singer Brandy, her fitness routine differs every day but she says all her sessions include boxing.

In an interview with Huffington Post, Brandy said: “I box three or four rounds every day and I love that cardio.”

She also revealed: “I also do squats — about 30 of them for three sets. Jumping jacks are also good when you’re by yourself and not going to the gym. Those are my go-tos.”
